What data these apps collect and how it is collected.

The exact data depends on the app you use, the features you choose, the permissions you grant, whether you buy premium features, and whether you contact paazaainc for support.

Categories

  • Media, prompts, and request content Photos, screenshots, video frames, imported files, typed prompts, follow-up questions, selected lenses, generation settings, and similar inputs are collected when you capture, import, record, type, or submit content in Lensiq Camera or Prism Studio.
  • AI request payloads When you use an AI-powered analysis, generation, translation, summary, comparison, or editing feature, the request may include the media or text you selected, extracted text, structured context, and the instructions needed to produce a result.
  • Generated outputs and saved content The apps may create or store analysis results, summaries, translations, generated media, exports, and other outputs when you ask the apps to produce them or choose to save them.
  • Support communications and attachments If you email support or contact paazaainc about App Review, billing, or a bug report, paazaainc may collect your name, email address, message content, and any screenshots, videos, files, or exports you send.
  • Technical, diagnostic, permission, and purchase data Device type, iOS version, app version, crash details, backend request diagnostics, granted permissions, and subscription or entitlement status may be collected automatically by the app, Apple, or the supporting services needed to run premium features and troubleshoot issues.

How information may be used

  • Provide requested app features Information is used to run camera capture, visual analysis, AI-assisted generation, editing, translation, summaries, comparisons, exports, saved-result workflows, and related in-app features you choose to use.
  • Process AI requests and return results Data in a request is used to prepare prompts, send the request to the relevant AI service, receive the response, and display or save the resulting analysis or generated output in the app.
  • Manage subscriptions, credits, and support Purchase and entitlement data may be used to unlock paid features, handle billing questions, answer support requests, investigate issues, and respond to App Store review questions.
  • Improve reliability, security, and abuse prevention Technical details may be reviewed to diagnose bugs, reduce crashes, monitor service health, enforce terms, and protect the apps, infrastructure, and users.
  • Comply with legal obligations Information may be used when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or to protect rights and safety.

Sharing and retention

  • OpenAI for AI-powered features If you use an AI analysis, generation, or other AI-assisted workflow, the relevant payload may be shared with OpenAI to process the request and return the requested result. That payload can include media, extracted text, prompts, structured context, and related feature settings.
  • Other service providers and Apple Information may also be shared with hosting, infrastructure, storage, crash reporting, email, analytics, payment, or subscription providers, and with Apple for billing and entitlement handling, only when needed to operate, secure, or support the apps.
  • No sale and legal disclosures paazaainc does not sell personal information collected through these apps or their support channels. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, or protect rights and safety.
  • Retention Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the feature requested, support, operations, billing, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Some workflows run on-device, while remote AI or backend processing retains data only for the time needed to operate the requested feature and related services.

You can manage app permissions in iPhone Settings, decide what content you submit for AI processing or support, and contact paazaainc if you need help with a privacy or data-handling question.

  • No account required for core use paazaainc does not currently require account creation for the core Lensiq Camera or Prism Studio experiences unless a future feature clearly says otherwise.

  • Subscriptions and purchases In-app subscriptions and purchases are handled through Apple's billing systems rather than direct payment collection by paazaainc.
